Dear ATR Community, 

Covid-19 is changing our world on an almost daily basis, with countries closing their borders, traval bans coming into effect and events being cancelled or postponed across all areas. These are unprecedented times and we are well aware how unsettling this can be for all of our clients and suppliers. We wanted to keep you updated you about how we are responding so far and what to you will be able to see from us going forward. 

We’ve contacted all our clients likely to be affected directly. Everyday, we are monitoring the news and are making contact with our suppliers. Updates are happening daily across all news and social media platforms so by all means contact us if you have seen some news you think affects your trip. We have to rely and be informed by the travel advice from the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) and official announcements from the various event organisations. Many large mass participation events have been postponed to as yet undetermined dates so please bear with us. Once event dates are known, we will be in touch to confirm this and the options available.

Obviously this situation is pretty unsettling however we are looking to provide the best possible outcome for everyone.

If you’re not able to commit to a new dates just yet, or the dates currently listed don’t work for you, don’t worry. You can postpone your trip and rearrange it later. We’ll hold your booking for as long as you need. Cancellation terms outlined on your original booking will apply should you wish to do that instead.

We are looking at the 2021 calendar now and will be launching some extra trips and events towards the end of this summer.
